These terms apply when you use Hemresa (hemresa.com). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Hemresa helps you save homes you are considering, visualise renovation ideas with AI, estimate renovation and monthly costs, compare homes and prepare quote requests for contractors.
Estimates only
All prices, budgets, monthly costs, ROT deductions and lending figures are preliminary estimates. They are not financial, legal or construction advice. Always confirm with your bank, broker and contractors before making decisions.
AI images
AI-generated concepts are illustrations of possibilities. They may contain inaccuracies and do not show what a renovation will actually look like or cost.
Your content
You keep the rights to photos and text you add. You are responsible for only adding links, photos and floor plans you are allowed to use. You give Hemresa permission to store and process them to provide the service to you.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings, which removes your saved data.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access other users' data, or use it to break the law.
Changes and availability
Hemresa is under active development. Features may change, and we may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page.
