What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic profile.

What you save: homes, listing links, photos, floor plans, notes, budgets, monthly cost settings, AI concepts, shared links and quote requests.

Preferences: your language choice and whether you want our newsletter.

Usage: basic, anonymous visit statistics such as page views.

Why we use it

To run your account and show your saved homes, to generate AI concepts and fetch listing details when you ask us to, to send newsletters only if you opt in, and to understand how the service is used so we can improve it.

Who processes it

Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider. Photos you restyle are sent to an AI image service to create the concept. Listing links you paste may be read by a web-fetching service to fill in address and photos. These providers only process data to deliver those features.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Your homes are private unless you create a share link or send a quote request, in which case the recipient sees only what that link or request contains.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, your homes, photos, concepts, budgets and shared links are deleted.

Your choices

In Account settings you can download your data, turn the newsletter on or off, and delete your account. You can also contact us to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data.
